A Beach Hut for £100 000 You Could be Proud Of
Yes a beach hut with no toilet, running water and electricity can cost you £100 000. Why would people want to spend money on a beach hut is an answer I am still waiting for. I know the hut has sea views but you could get a studio flat with electricity for the same price.
Sometimes I wonder if technology and all the mod-cons are getting a bit much that some people prefer to go back to the basics and move a step back in time. Maybe its time investors start thinking about investing in beach houses if you can sell it for such a good price.
As reports suggest properties in seaside resorts have doubled in the last 3 years then a beach house may be well worth considering
