is around 3% so naturally house prices will grow unless there is something drastic like what happened in the early 90s. We are paying more for our bread and butter than we did 5years agoWhat does this mean to you? If you are buying inCentral London its just important to know that the market is unlikely to continue in this trend.Central London prices seem to be at its peak so chances of you making much money now are very slim. I have noticed that it is slowing now but thats because the summer holidays are here. it will be interesting to see how the market will be in winter.
