Here in the UK the private sales market is growing year by year. Their are many websites geared up for this as the one mentioned above however it is better to go with a national site to ensure maximum exposure. I read your comments with interest. However, I would like to say that out here in Spain, we as estate agents covering property on the costa, Apple Estate Agents, do find that clients find property buying a lot easier and less stressful, with our knowledge of the solicitors, notaries and the ever ending legal paperwork. However, people are entitled to their own choices and all I would say is listen to as much advice as you can. In most cases, it is free anyway.
